About Us
Sonja Lynch
Sonja is a highly experienced dietitian, with a passion for her work. She graduated from Trinity College with a BSc. (Hons) (Human Nutrition and Dietetics) in 2007. Having worked for over 17 years as a Community Dietitian in the HSE Sonja brings experience in working with both teens and adults.
Sonja founded what2eat.ie in 2020 to make evidence based nutrition practical and accessible.
She is CORU state registered Dietitian in Ireland (DI019036)
Sonja is also an active member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI).

Do you provide meal plans and calorie controlled diets?
Meal plans and calorie contolled diets are only provided for clients attending for eating disorders. All other clinets recieve recipies and snack ideas.
Do you see Children?
We see teenagers (13 years & over) and adults.
Sonja has further specialist training in Paediatric Nutrition.
Are you covered by health insurance?
Yes, as Sonja is a Registered Dietitian with state body CORU and the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI) you can claim 30-75% back from private health insurers*.
You can also claim back 20% on your annual tax return.
